Charlotte Tiffin Perry

Charlotte Patricia Walker Tiffin Perry, age 85 of 78 Joines Street, Sparta, NC died Sunday, September 20, 2015 at her residence. She was born February 1, 1930 in St. Petersburg, Florida to the late Morgan A. “Pat” and Charlotte Campbell Walker. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul G. Perry. She is survived by two daughters, Jayne Crawford of Lake Forest, IL, Morgan Gibbons Watson and husband Charles of Tampa, FL; two sons, Kenneth Walker Tiffin of Sparta, John Tiffin and wife Beth of St. Louis, MO; eleven grandchildren, Grant Crawford and wife Laura of Pittsburgh, PA, Pres Crawford and wife Kara of Spring Hill, TN, Win Crawford and Covi Crawford of Lake Forest, IL, 1st Lt. Hanley Gibbons and wife Abby of Clarksville, TN, Cary Gibbons of Gainesville, FL, Ashby Gibbons of Tampa, FL, Claire Tiffin, Mary Jane Tiffin, Campbell Tiffin and Grace Tiffin of St. Louis, MO; her sister, Jane Walker Costa of Tampa, FL; her niece, Ann Haviland and husband David of Tampa, FL, and three special friends, Mattie Lou Andrews, Pam Greer, Tammy Johnson. The family will hold a private service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Medi-Home Hospice of Alleghany, P.O. Box 1287, Sparta, NC 28675.
