Hilda Jennie Neff Felts, age 95 of 70 Felts Lane, Sparta, NC died Thursday, September 17, 2015 at Alleghany Memorial Hospital in Sparta, NC. She was born in Pittsfield, Vermont to the late Fred Hall and Katie Jane Lull Neff. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Whitaker Felts; one son, James Allen Felts; one brother, Arthur Lull Neff and one sister, Veora Neff Lee. She is survived by one son, Gary Frederick Felts of Sparta; three grandchildren, Robert Keil of Bradenton, FL, Nancy Henry of Port St. Lucie, FL, Teresia Keil of Marathon, FL; four great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews also survive. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date in Bradenton, Florida. Interment will be held at Palma Sola Community Church Cemetery in Bradenton, FL.
