To View LiveStream of Junior's Service click Here James “Junior” Robert Williams, age 62 of 1356 Roberts Road, Laurel Springs, NC passed away Friday, August 20, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Alleghany County to Lucille Moxley Williams and the late James Winford Williams. He is survived by his mother, Lucille Moxley Williams; three sons, Danny Halsey and wife Crystal of Sparta, Bradley Williams of Ennice, and Austin Williams and girlfriend Macey Bay Murphy; two sisters, Vickie Williams of Sparta, Martha Miller and husband Jimmy of Laurel Springs; one brother, Stoney Williams of Laurel Springs; two grandchildren, Ethan Halsey, Carissa Halsey; several nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins also survive. He will be missed by his ex-wife Robin Williams. The family requests your presence at the Celebration of Life Service to honor the life of Junior at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 31, 2021 in the chapel of Grandview Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Allen Williams officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Grandview Memorial Funeral Home, 789 Grandview Drive, Sparta, NC 28675 to assist the family with funeral expenses.
