Kathryn Keen Downin-Trosino

Kathryn Keen Downin-Trosino, age 67 of Sparta, NC passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at her residence. She was born January 12, 1957 in Havre De Grace, MD to the late Glenn Arvile and Thelma Keen Downin. She was a member of Potato Creek Baptist Church. She loved to crochet, do arts and crafts. She loved to quilt and take care of her flowers. She is survived by her husband, Jim Trosino of the home; one daughter, Kathryn Hicks of Sparta; one son, James Trosino, Jr. and daughter-in-law Ramita of Richmond, VA; grandchildren, Jeremiah, Jacob and Dylan; one sister, Susan. There will be no service at this time. The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff of Medi-Home Hospice.
