Thomas Gwyn Spurlin, Jr.

Thomas Gwyn Spurlin, Jr., age 59, of Piney Creek, NC died Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Havre de Grace, MD on October 12, 1954 to the late Thomas Gwyn and Alice Long Spurlin. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by one sister, Debra Garcia. He is survived by two daughters, Tonya Bookwalter and Misty Spurlin of Mapleton, PA; one brother, Fred Spurlin and wife Brenda of Mapleton, PA; three sisters, Barbara Little and husband Sherman of Sparta, Delores Musick of Glade Valley, and Sharon Banks and husband Clair of Mill Creek, PA; two-half sisters, Thelma Hodge and husband Clifford of Sparta, and Sarah Perry of Mt. Airy; special niece, April Jasso of Glade Valley; several other nieces and nephews also survive. The family will hold a service to celebrate the life of Thomas at a later date.
